The cleanliness issues were alarming!!! The pungent smoke odor lingered throughout the room!!! Stained sheets should be replaced immediately!!! Shower cleanliness was far below acceptable standards!!!

the room was nothing short of a disaster, first had a bug on my bed, then the shower was filthy. while the staff was friendly, i woudl ve expected a complimentary upgrade for the inconvenience, but alas, just mediocrity here. honestly, almost considered a good review, but just couldn’t get past that dirty shower.
